Legacy Partners USA, LLC founded in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, in July 2014, is a business development boutique, third-party marketing firm and placement agency. Legacy Partners’ primary goal is introducing investment management and venture capital clients to institutional and accredited high net worth investors. The firm also houses divisions focused on institutional brokerage; actuarial consulting; marketing to union and Taft-Hartley members; and general labor and government consulting.

Team members are well-seasoned, possessing more than 150 years of combined professional experience.

Legacy Partners has developed key strategic partnerships with existing and top firms for research, education, fiduciary protection and will provide a wide scope of services for our clients. The Legacy Partners team has SEC/FINRA registered representation, and both "in-house" and external legal representation. Legacy Partners is a WMBE eligible firm, representing both WMBE and non-WMBE clientele in all markets.
